I told Natalie exactly what i wanted… a Honda Accord with a sunroof. It took a few weeks to locate one within my budget but we could not find one with a sunroof! She worked it out with the dealership to install a sunroof in my new car! She has worked so hard for me to be satisfied and her hard work paid off.
